grape-arts

Back in 2018, friends and fellow artists Grace Duggan and Poppy Stevens noticed that their local communities were struggling to come together, especially across the generations. They started Grape Arts to change that.

Grace and Poppy’s mission is to bridge the gap between arts and age within local communities across East London and East Anglia. They aim to create accessible projects across generations to help tackle isolation and promote creativity and well-being.

About Us

Back in 2018, friends and fellow artists Grace Duggan and Poppy Stevens noticed that their local communities were struggling to come together, especially across the generations. They started Grape Arts to change that.

Grace and Poppy’s mission is to bridge the gap between arts and age within local communities across East London and East Anglia. They aim to create accessible projects across generations to help tackle isolation and promote creativity and well-being.

Grape Arts produce projects and events that bring about positive social change through art, most notably by reducing loneliness in communities and removing the financial barriers that surround arts programming.

While Grace and Poppy are the heartbeat of Grape Arts, they work in collaboration with a number of artists and organisations. That way participants can access expertly-led creative workshops and experiences across a wide range of artistic mediums.

Grape Arts run projects in care settings, schools, theatres and festivals. If you think your venue, event or organisation would benefit from Grape Arts’s help, get in touch!
